Impose pages 2-up for coil booklet

Note: Program will not run if:
. End_page is greater than the PDF page count
. The import PDF has been edited and saved in Acrobat as PDF version 1.5 or later.

Avoid compression errors by saving as Acrobat 5 (PDF v1.4) (File > SaveAsOther > Optimized > Acrobat 5)
Acrobat v5/PDF v1.4 can be saved from Acrobat or Illustrator.
Set graphics to 300 dpi, monochrome to 1200 dpi Lossless.
